i use disk defragmentor and ccleaner for my windows computer im just wondering if there are programs like these for my mac computer? i really dont wanna pay so if anyone knows any freeware that would be awesome.

Right click (or Ctrl + Left Click) on the HDD icon (usually 'Macintosh HD') and click on 'Index' it should take up to 3 hours to inxed (defragment) your HDD.

well, here is way simple way to slove ALL of your Mac problems/issues:
Throw it out a high window.
If you're offended, just ignore my post. But still, what can I say? I hate Macs with a passion!
