Image problem?

Hey, so I've been having problems lately. I'll visit a website and everything loads except the images. None of them work. Does anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it? Thanks!

I'm using Internet Explorer.

Launch IE -> Tools -> Advanced -> Multimedia -> Show Pictures

I tried what you suggest, but it didn't work. A little pop-up came up at one of the sites I've been having trouble with and said I had to download something from ActiveX, but I'm not sure what.

Two suggestions:
1: Open IE> Tools> Internet Options...> In 'Temporary Internet Files' Click 'Delete Files'> Ok> Click 'Delete Cookies'> Ok> Click on Settings> Increase the amount of dish space used for files a little> Ok> Ok.

2: Open IE> Tools> Internet Options...> Click on the Privacy Tab> Slide the button to Medium level.

Close IE. Reopen and then go to the site and the image should load and display.

Edit: The pop-up should suggest the ActiveX that needs to be installed. Try installing it and it should work.

I tried both of your suggestions, but they didn't seem to work. And the ActiveX thing isn't coming up anymore. Grr...this is so frustrating. Thanks anyways though.

Will you post a link of the website. I'd like to know which ActiveX component is needed.

I figured out that the problem isn't with internet explorer, it's with my Norton Virus Protection 'cause when I shut it off the website works. Does anyone know how to change it so the website is permitted?
