Impatient Newb!

the rest of my pc parts will be delivered on monday and i want to know if it is ok to pu in the motherboard and ram now, so when the rest arrives i will just have to add it in and that's it..DONE!
OR
do i have to wait for everything else to arrive so i can put it all in at the same time.

I think that you should wait for all the parts to arrive because if the parts are just sitting there for a while & if static gets near the components, they can be damaged.

Yes, its "OK", but it is a risk, what if you brush up against the components or something when you walk past, then they're dead. Theres nothing to stop you though, i would, get it in and ready and then get off and go when the rest arrives.

Personally I'd put it in now so there would be less to do when the others arrive. Not sure just how you'd brush up against them.
