Hey guys I need some help. Since Saturday, basicly the last 3 days, evertime I turn on my computer it says it was improperly shut down. I'm running Vista 64 sp2. It just started, I don't even turn off the power to the tower, just click on start and shut down and it goes thru normal windows shut down like always. But when I turn the power button, it goes to the black screen and say how do I want to start windows. What's going on. The only thing I did Saturday is download 2 optional item from windows. 1 was for my gpu 4800 series and the other for my mouse. Here is a copy

Is there something I can run that will help diagnose the problem? I've used this computer for the past 2 years, no issues. I don't want to do a new install and transfer all my files.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
