In dire need of assistance

Does anyone have any info concerning the svchost.exe
including it appearing multiple times among running processes within windows task manager and an inability to access it due to the lack of framedyn.dll?

Any info would be appreaciated!

I can't access any of the svchost.exe because It says I'm missin the framedyn.dll

tasklist.exe- Unable to locate Component

This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I even installed and old hard drive to retrieve framedyn.dll
