In great need of PSU help!

I'm gonna say it flat out, I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to power supplies. I want to run an amd 3500+, gig of ram (don't even know if thats important), and a 7800gt. The power supply that comes with my case can be found here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811156178 . I've been told that it is very weak as it is only 450w running at 14a on one 12v rail. Would it be able to run what is listed above? Do you experts need more information on anything? I'm not building my pc and the only other options I have (in my budget) are a 500w one from the casemaker (I can't seem to find any specs though all I know is it's 50 dollars more) and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817103462 for 80 dollars more. I would rather not upgrade my powersupply as I am close to budget as it is, but if I will experience performance issues I would much rather be safe than sorry. Thanks for the help guys and gals

i found a good cheaper PSU
this compares the PSU you have in your first post to another Enermax PSU, the 88.99 is cheaper and almost the exact same.

I'll be going about 80 dollars over my budget by getting the enermax.. my original budget was about 1200. If I upgrade power supply I get to about there for JUST the pc. I still need monitor, mouse (mx518), and keyboard (another 300...).

A stronger P/S will put you over-budget but allow for more expansion in the future and make you system more stable.
