In need of assistance

im truly lost now...i have always thought (up to this point) that my mobo that im getting is the perfect choice for me. but now after experiencing many other threads about mobos and that kinda stufff, i dont know anymore...so ive narrowed it down to two mobos (unless you can suggest a better one) that i want to purchas for my new build (seen in sig).
