As I was in the process of scanning my computer, it froze and crashed. All that was left after the crash was a few programs. I did a restore but that only solve some of it. Now I have lost all music, documents, etc. When I start up it asks for the Microsoft Office XP Pro cd but I can't find my cd anywhere. How can I get it back to its state b4 the crash or is it all gone? Any suggestions? Help? Thanks.

Hi, please try booting from a system disk.
To create a fresh EBD(System Disk), please use another non-malware-infected computer which is running the same OS as yours.
Insert a blank, new floppy into the drive and then go to Floppy Drive(A
, right click and click on "Format".
In the next window that opens up, please place a check on, "Create MS-DOS Startup Disk".
After it completes the formatting, insert this disk into your floppy drive and then try booting your computer.
