incomplete build

I bought this build in 2009 then lost my job.

What I have.

Antec 900 gaming case.
2 corseair ddr2 1 gig ea.
700W p.s.
G.f. 9800 gtx plus.
Blaster X-fi/xtreme audio.

So I was thinking about buying the Best or good of 2009 parts.
Don't know what to get now.

what kind of budget are you working with and what do plan on doing with it? video editing, games, etc. if you are gaming, what games and what settings?
