Increasing hard drive partition size

Hi,

I have made a partition in my main hard drive to host my windows files and being the first time that i have done such a thing i soon found out that i have made it too small, is there a way to increase the size of this partition without having to reload everything and start from the begining

Or even to remove the partition so that all the windows file are on the c drive

You can resize partitions with GParted (free) or Partition Magic (not free)
