increasing Max Turbo Boost Frequency

Which warranty? The Intel warranty for the CPU or is this a pre-built machine that carries it's own warranty?
 
it should but a lot of the time they will cover the cpu anyways.

truth is damaging your cpu by overclocking is very difficult to do with proper cooling. assuming you are using a good enough cooler of course.
