Hi there,

Please can someone confirm is this the correct Ram i need?
1GB DDR DIMM (184 PIN) 400Mhz PC3200 DDR400 DESKTOP MEMORY

Also can someone advise is it worth improving my RAM to 4gb or would it be a waste on this system. How much RAM should I improve my system by?

Yes that is the correct standard of memory that you need.

No, it is not worth upgrading your system much further unless it is enough for your needs. If your system just about fulfills your needs but you would like a bit more from it, save up for more of an upgrade, you wouldn't have to spend much to get a lot more performance, but rather than spend money on memory, it would be better spent put away for a full upgrade

4 gigs would be useless to you, but if you wana upgrade to 2GB or 3GB it would be worth it if it suits your needs.
