Infinite boot loop windows 10

I have tried installing windows 10. And it was working fine and than when the final stage was over (downloading updates and apps) it came back to the first stage after a restart. Can someone please help me i cant use my computer.

What do you mean by first stage?

Sometimes there are issues when doing an upgrade from a previous OS. Is this what you are trying to do or are you installing a fresh copy? What system do you have?
