Does anyone know if these cards are decent? I am thinking of buying there 9550 but I don't want to buy junk?

Any help would be appreciated.

I just saw them on new egg for the first time but they seem to be the same price as other (brand name) cards and I was just wandering if they are better or worse
 
A 9550 is only junk if you're putting it with a top-end system. As for brand, *shrug*, brand doesnt matter anymore like it used to maybe 10 years ago
