Hey guys, i was just wondering if there is a way to change my input to an output, the thing is i want to run two different music programs but one to run on my stereo speakers and the other on my headphones.

No you cant change an input to an output without physically re-wiring the ports.
You also can't have one output only a certain app, while the speakers do another, unless you have two sound cards, but even then I doubt you could configure that.
