wolfeking banned Dec 17, 2011 #4 [fail]You missed the e in my name. [/fail] there should be an option like "disable integrated video" or "use external graphics adapter", or "preference to dedicated graphics adapter" If there isn't an option for it then it should auto switch.

StrangleHold Moderator Staff member Dec 17, 2011 #5 If you dont have a setting to disable the onboard. Look and see if you can set where it first looks for a display device, if it does set it to PEG.
