I want to install windows XP to a disc, and then run it from that Disc, but I don't know if I can. I'm running Windows Vista (Home Premium) 64bit and I'm hating the way that the User files are organized, the stupid visual styles, and etc. I just want to be running XP again.

You will be able to install XP to an external USB drive with some modifications to windows xp install.

As far as I know there is no way to install a XP to an cd or dvd disk.

Is that what you are asking?

He might mean a ''Live" cd.
But I don't think MS made one.
One bad thing about a ''Live'' cd, BurningSkyline is it takes forever to load.
Your better off getting a legit cd and install that.

Then explain better on what you are trying to accomplish, your original post doesn't make much sense.
