Install Wizard

I'm looking for an Install Wizard (like Install Shield, but thats too expensive) you know, something that will make exe files that when executed will automatically install a program, which shal I get?

try a gatherbird setup but im not sure if it really works cause i heard you can use this program to make install shield.
