After going into bios and arranging it to boot from cd/dvd I save and restart. I then wait and the window pops up which shows the different options for installation.
Installation
Installation-ACPI Disabled
Installation-Local ACPI Disabled
Installation-Safe Settings
I read to work from the bottom down and that some older computers have issues with hardware, well my computer is not older, anyways, I continue to try each option and the same thing happens. It has me select the language I am using. It brings me to another prompt which gives me options I am unfamiliar with. Such as loading drivers and installation etc etc. When I try to select the option to install it says it cannot find cd/dvd. It gave an option at the earlier screen to load file system and I loaded ntfs for the hell of it to see if it would do anything and it didn't.
Oh well I am stumped, I am pretty new with this and would appreciate the help.
