"installed" chipset driver, but its not on my computer...?

hi, i uninstalled a chipset driver on my Acer aspire 5735z. i then put in the backed up driver cd and installed it, i got a notice saying it had finished installing, but i go to my driver information and its not there...? and also the graphics on my computer are pretty bad bc this is a necessary driver. which is another indication it didnt install.
 
Look in device manager and tell us if there is anything listed that still requires a driver. You should see items with yellow exclamation points if drivers are still needed.
