Installed Win7 to SSD with Macrium image from HDD...

I took a Win7 Home Premium image of an HDD and transferred it to an SSD. Is there any issue with doing that as opposed to a fresh install of Win7?

Is there anything about the bios setup that should be different for an SSD? I didn't change anything from the HDD setup.

Drive performance just suffers a little. Guide here on how to change to ahci mode after install.

If the hdd was a SATA drive then most likely it was already set to AHCI mode. It's usually AHCI unless the hdd was an IDE drive.
