Installer trying to access network resource!!

In my house, we have a local (wireless) network set up between 3 computers and a laptop. Not that long ago i copied a lot of files from my computer over to my brothers via the network, this said it was going to take about an hour.
After i got back from cricket (2hr later) i saw that it was halfway through and was asking me see if i wanted to copy over a read only file. Because i was tired and couldn't be bothered to wait, i clicked no leaving half of the files on his pc and half on mine. Then i decided just to get the external and put all my files off his comp back onto mine and everything is there no problems (I don't know why i didn't do that 1st time round!).

The problem comes when i try to install any program, it is always trying to access that folder on my brothers computer (that's now back on mine) so when his computer isn't on i get an error saying it can't find the network resource! This is really annoying and i don't have the faintest as to why it's doing it.
The funny thing is that the folder it's trying to access was "Liam's Pictures" why would it need to check for that?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks,
Liam. ;)

be more specific and post screen shots if you can. What error message is it, and what program are you trying to install, and what file is it specifically looking for?
