installing 3D studio max

Hi,
I am using of a trial of vista, installed on my computer, and i'd like to install a trial of 3d max as well. but after installing that, an error appears with the following details:

Not really, but I had been install it on win7, and I thought these operation system features are so close together. but I'm not sure!I searched 3MAX FOR VISTA but no trial was founded :/

I could open the program just once a time, and not more! the problem is still exist! can it be the problem of my vista?! what should do then ??
