Installing a Card Reader - Please Help!

I'm in the middle of building a PC but I'm having problems installing the following card Reader

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/136392

I've located where to put the USB connections, e-SATA, Audio and the AV connector, but I'm not sure where to plug in the fans or the temperature sensor cables. In the manual it says:

- Connect the fan cables connector to your cooling fans
- Connect the temperature sensor cable connector from the panel to the corresponding head location (can anyone tell me where this is or what it looks like?)
- Connect the DC power cable connector to the PSU 4-pin connector (is that one of the connectors coming from the PSU?)

I've got the following motherboard:

Please can someone help me install this and tell me where to connect the things too. Also there is a little connector that says

VCC
D-
D+
GND

Where do I connect that?

Thanks :]

The cooling fan ones, are these little 3-pin connectors, similar to the chasis fan that you have bought?

If so, look in your manual and on the first page of all asus manual's it has the motherboard layout. Look for where it has CHA_FAN_1 and CHA_FAN2 etc, these are your fan pins and will be on the board corresponding to where it says in the manual.

The PSU 4-pin, is that similar to the connector on the back of your CD drive?

If so then it goes into one of the 4 pin cables from your psu, the ones that look like:

As for the head location, would it be possible for you to take a picture of it and upload to imageshack or something and then post a link here?

I'm thinking that that will probably be either on one of your mobo usb pins or the connectors by your PCI slots, just below the PCI slots

Thanks for your reply! I've got it sorted now :] However I've only got one Chasis Fan slot which I'm using to control the Chasis fan and the CPU fan is a 4 pin so I've left that alone. I've also got the temperature sensors sorted and the cable that I didn't know where to put!
