Installing a Zalman 9700??

well i just got one of these and have no idea how to install it.

i know ill have to take my motherboard out and attach the backplate. but after that what do i do with the clips?

i look around for guides on how to do it but none have helped me yet.

haha can someone please explain to me how exactly i do this? the instructions were too hard to follow.

ooh got it. thankyou so much :)

ill install it tomorrow when my replacement P31 mobo should be coming

those clips in that picture are the AM2 clips. The intel clips is in the box, "S clip", it has two screw holes. After you attach the backplate and the retention bracket on top of the motherboard around the socket, then you mount the heatsink.
