Installing drivers on an old pc

Yeah, I put a hard drive with windows ME into another windows ME that hard its hard drive removed and yes it works but now I need to find the drivers. What info do I need? This is what I have so far.

Socket 370 Board (BCM IN 810P)
Intel 810
p/n: 370079-001

What do I search?

You'll need more info than that. PC Wizard might give you an actual brand and model of the board.
