installing from cd/hdd

I want to read an installed program from my hdd and not the cd rom, how do i change the configuration so it loads from the hard disk completely

i thought it already loads completely off the hdd. unless you didnt pick complete install with ms office that is.

It is an interactive self teaching software, that loads only from the cd, I want to know how to load from the hard disks
