Installing IIS in Upgraded Winxp sp3

Hi there guys, I am trying to install IIS in my windows xp 3 but it says that I need the cd for the instalation to continue. Since I only upgraded my OS from the web I don't have the cd, so I downloaded a wpilauncher file from MS site that contains a i386 folder which I suppose contains the same files as a SP3 cd.. then when I try to install IIS again and it asks for the cd I just set the directory to this folder(I've read about this method in the web) but still there are files that can't be found in that folder such as adsutil.vbs and many more.. I can't find these files in the web and nothing that talks about this issue.

What can be the problem and what do I really need for this to work?

One would think you could save the upgrade from the web or perhaps access an iso of the installation CD and point the installer to there.
