Installing knoppix

I have just downloaded Linux Knoppix and was wondering how I run it.
Can any one help. I plan to run it on a laptop Sony Vaio Intel Centrino 1.6Ghz
with win xp

Need to burn it onto a bootable CD.

If you want to give it a try, just boot with the CD in the drive. It will auto run and you can give it a test spin without adding anything to your hard drive. If you want to install it to your HD, see this link Knoppix Wiki
