Installing Leopard 10.5 on VPC

Okay, so I have a question..

I am trying to install Leopard 10.5 on virtual PC. So far, I've had no luck. Has anyone tried this? Would I be better off if I used VM Ware?
 
If you want to do that you need OSx86 (Mac for PC hardware) which, unfortunately, is illegal and we aren't allowed to talk about it on the forums.
