My sister just recently bought an older IBM Thinkpad 760EL and it doesn't appear to have a dial up modem installed. What kind of modem does it use for dial up and how do we install it? Thanks, Misty

I have PCMCIA Slots. I already have an ethernet card but I need a dial up modem since I have dial up access only.

These slide into the PCMCIA slot and you attach an dongle which will have the RJ-11 port. After you install turn the computer on and load the drivers.
