What kind of program is it?
Is it just this one program? or other programs you are trying to install also?

Program shouldn't matter, it happens with a number of different ones from what I've read. None the less, I've figured it out
Have to copy the file enetexe.ct from the Windows/Repair folder to the Windows/system32 file.
