Ok. I have a little problem. I currently have an old computer, that i received from my cousin. The problem is that we dont know the pass for the administrator. No prob, i thought. I'd just install XP over 2000. However, i cant seem to be able to install it. When i turn on hte computer with the CD in, it wont proceede to installing the OS. When i log into a non admin account, and try to install it from there, it also wont work. Finally, when i try to format the HDD, it wont let me. Any other options i could try to install the OS on the Comp?

Only thing I can think of is to format by booting up with Setup floppies and then install XP from scratch.
