Well, i have my friends laptop here, and i just reformatted it for him. Anyways, I went to install limewire pro and the touchpad software and other things, and anything that involves installshield, dosen't work.
so whenever i start the installation, an error box comes up and says "the installshield engine (ikernel.exe) could not be installed. The system cannot find the file specified".
Anyone have any ideas, i need to get this thing fixed fast!
