Insufficient Access

Can someone tell me where I need to go on my computer to set it so that it will allow me to install and download?!

The current settings don't allow me to do this because of "This operating system does not allow installation/un-installation by a user without administrator privileges.".

I have access as Administrator but don't know where to go from there to undo this setting!

if you have access as administrator then log on as admin and install the app you want?

If you getting this error when you are logged on as administrator then you're not really an admin
