Intalling Flash 9 on Ubuntu 7.04

Could someone help me figure out how to install Flash on Ubuntu? I was told by some that I should get the 32 bit Firefox for my computer (since it is 64 bit) and then install Flash 9, but I do not know how to go about it properly. I get to a certain point in which I am told to input a command to try and start up firefox32 - after downloading it, of course - but it never seems to work with me. Please advise!

In 7.10 you can install flash player via Firefox 32bit instead of having to install it separately. You can also use it on 64bit firefox via nspluginwrapper - the whole package is in the repo for 7.10.

Thanks a lot for the info! I checked that website before, but it looked like a bunch of blabber since my mind was tired from so many hours playing around with Terminal, but now I see what I was missing! Everything works great, thanks again!
