Integrated cpu graphics

1. I am looking to buy an i7- 2600 processor, it has integrated graphics in it. Will it handle games not necessary full settings?

2. If I add a GPU on the Mobo then will the integrated cpu graphics and the GPU work together?

1. It depends on what games you plan on playing. It is about as powerful as a low end graphics card, so above that of integrated, but not really what you would call a gaming card. It will handle older games and possibly some newer games on lowest settings, but don't expect to be playing the latest and greatest.

2. No

I plan to play black ops and F1 2011 and FIFA 2012 in future.

Black Ops, definitely not. Every test of black ops on the Sandy Bridge graphics shows bad results to say the least.

F1 2011 will be playable, but you are talking poor fps, even at lowest settings.

And FIFA 2012, I don't see why it shouldn't. EA tend to be lazy with the FIFA games when it comes to the PC and like to reuse engines. It shouldn't be much more graphically demanding than 2011 is, and you can play that on high end integrated graphics (890FX or Intel HD2000 that was on the older i5/i7 chips).
