No you can not upgrade the integrated video card(it's a part of the motherboard) , but you can add another card and simply make your machine use the new one, it's pretty easy but it will need more power, therefore you need a new, more powerful supply ...i want to upgrade my intel HD 2000 integrated gpu to something better as it is rubbish. can i do it even though its integrated?
