does anyone know what the integrated heat spreader is made out of on AMD X2 processors? ive heard they're made of nickel, and copper plated with zinc.. but nothin seems reliable.
heres a picture to let you know what im talking about:

thats one from an FX-57, im sure they're the same.. but im talking about X2 processors. (the one in my sig)
if its really made of nickel, then i might take it off. nickel is HORRIBLE at conducting heat.. especially in comparison with copper and such.
