I think that is pretty stupid. When dealing in biz I'd RATHER deal in emails as I then have a record of conversations in case I need to recall the info at a later date.

Whenever I need tech/customer support for something, I HATE dealing with emails, I'd much rather pick up the phone, wait a few minutes, and speak live with a person.
