Alright, I've got a Dell E520 compy with Windows XP Professional on it. My chipset is the Intel(R) G965 Express Chipset. My driver version is 6.14.10.4642, and Dell's latest driver is 6.14.10.4859. I download the driver and begin to install it, but it's interrupted with a message telling me that the driver being installed is not validated for my computer, and that I should get the right driver from the manufacturer. I'm absolutely sure of my computer's OS, chipset, and legality, and the manufacturer of the chipset. What's wrong..?'
EDIT: It doesn't use integrated graphics.
More computer specs:
Intel(R) Pentium D CPU 2.80GHz- Duo-Core
Performance rated at 5.03GHz
2GB of RAM
Intel(R) G965 Express Chipset Family
256MB of Video RAM
Video Card 3D Acceleration Enabled
160GB Hard Drive
As I can clearly tell from http://www.systemrequirementslab.com, I have everything I need to run Half-Life 2 at almost full power, but my video drivers never install properly (see top). It would be really cool if I could solve this.
