Intel has the core 2. OK, but what is AMD going to do to beat it?

Cant they just keep raising the clock speeds of the CPU's?

Or increasing the cache? Come on there HAS to be a way to make them faster without just sticking cores on a die with PVC glue...
 
I definatly think that AMD will fight back hard and release something new which totaly blows the C2D.

In debate class they teach you that once you've made a point, don't repeat it. again... and again...and again...
 
Maybe a CPU with the only thing that holds it back from overclocking more is the motherboard!!!! :eek: In other words, the CPU can overclock forever :D
