Intel i5-2600k Motherboard Recommendations Help

Hello Guys,

I was told that the P67 motherboards are re-releasing again in April due to the previous boards had issues. Can someone please confirm that they re-released the boards already? I see them in stock for sale at numerous sites.

I heard good feedback with Gigabytes and Asus and would like to ask for everyone's recommendation on which board/model I should get. I used Asus for both my desktops and I love them.

I am actually trying to build myself a new computer so if you guys have some time and doesn't mind telling me what video card would be a good card to get as well. I am just looking for a single card with dual dvi because I am using dual monitors. I saw a post somewhere that dual monitors you can't go sli so it would be pointless to have 2 cards unless that has been changed.

Any information would be helpful. Thank you in advance.

Ankur, Since you responded to this post I forgot to say Thank you. I been looking at this motherboard on newegg since you linked me. During that time it was out of stock and now it is in stock. I would like to ask what is the difference with Asus P8P67 and Asus P8P67 Pro? Just curious if there is such existed as I only see Asus P8P67 M-Pro which is the m-ATX. Please let me know at your earliest convenient. Thank you.

The main difference between them is that the PRO has 2 PCIe 2.0 x16 slots which means SLi is possible.
In the P8P67 you would be able to Crossfire as it has an extra x4 slot.
This the main difference between them.
Do you have a budget in mind? I see you need a GPU too, what will you be using the Desktop for?
