You should always upgrade cooling over stock for overclocking and from the reviews I have seen the i5 runs warm on stock cooling.

The noctura is far better than either of those. Unless you can get a Prolimatech Megahalems, the Noctura is one of the best coolers on the market.

I purchasemy items from this place as they are thecheapest forme and cant order from newegg as i live in sweden just looked into one of the items but doesn't have my socket as being compatible

The noctura in your original post is better than anything but a Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme or Prolimatech Megahalems.

Not to nitpick, but it's "Noctua", not Noctura.
