Almost all boards nowadays have decent onboard audio. Few remove the option completely. Mostly barebones and hardcore gaming motherboards.

And might I suggest that you avoid intel boards and go with gigabyte or asus? They are reputable companies, as is intel, but intel's boards don't really have anything going for them especially since they don't support overclocking, for obvious reasons.

Budget? And most of all, what platform?! I'd go out on a limb to say you're looking for an LGA 775 board with dual core support.

if u can wait a few more weeks when Intel's X38 board hits the market u can easily have a much more future proof system then any of the current motherboard. But the down side is that this board is also fairly pricy as well, due to the pcie 2 and penryu support :(. But look on the bright side u might be able to save some money on the brand new mother board when the next gen CPU and GPU hits the market. If u aren't interest in any of those the Giga P35 series and Asus p5k series are probably the best and the most popular mother board out there in the market atm.

yeah i am considering asus mobo ive been reading alot of good things about their mobo's, and yeah i am looking for LGA 775 dual core
