Intel Proset/wireless and zcfgsvc.exe application error

Hi.I hope someone can help with my problem.
I have a Toshiba laptop running XP.I am getting an 2 errors on startup.
"zcfgsvc.exe application error" and "Intel Proset/wireless,Error reading plugins"
and also running very slow.I have managed to install HijackThis.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here or here and save it to your desktop.

• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
  • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Please keep updating until it says you have the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• A log will be saved automatically which you can access by clicking on the Logs tab within Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Post a fresh hijackthis log after running malwarebytes and posting its log as well.

Also please post an uninstall list using hijackthis. Open hijackthis, click on open misc tools section, click on open uninstall manager, click on save list, and save it, then copy and paste it back here.

So I need 3 logs.

I also cant connect to the net but i downloaded Mbytes and installed from another computer.But now there is another problem.
"Run time error 372 Failed to load control vbalgrid from vbalsgrid6.ocx.Your version of vbalsgrid6.ocx may be outdated".
I also cant do a system restore,so theres a few more problems.
This is getting more frustrating.Hope you can help.

These are all part of your intel wireless software. Go into add/remove programs and uninstall the software and then reinstall it. You may have to download the latest drivers for it from a different computer and transfer via usb flash drive. Visit Toshiba's website for the driver software.
