intel PROset/wirless issue

Right. im a little stressed so bare with me

ordered my new laptop and it came.. perfectly fine except one thing.. the wirless has AIDS.

i installed the drivers and it says "no drivers installed" i then proceeded to reinstall them and download fresh ones from intel themselves and neither worked.

the wirless is physically turned on.

its also not showing up i ndevice manager. but i do have a yellow ! maybe this could be causing a problem, i dont know but surley it should be showing up in there

I would try uninstalling it and reinstalling it... but most likely since it is new i would call the manufacturer and let em have it... literally. If that card is onboard and is malfunctioning... who knows whats next.

are you sure it's an intel and not an atheros?
