Turbo boost is the function that the Intel Core i5s, and Core i7s have that automatically overclocks the CPU when it needs more power to process something. It doesn't require software, and is done automatically though the BIOS. As long as Turbo Boost is enabled in your BIOS (which it probably automatically is), it should work out of the box. You can go into your BIOS and check, if you want to.

yeah it allows my 750 to automatically overclock to like 2.99ghz when i need extra power. i have it disabled though, because once you overclock, turboboost can be a problem.

I have the intel i7-930 20% boosted to around 3.36 roughly. Should i turn off that intel turbo boost? If so, how do i do it? I'm still not too good with computers

Could it become a problem with the intel turbo boost ontop of the overclock i did?

Nah, stock voltage can handle that easily.
