Many of you heard that Intel will drop the prices on Q3 2007. However, the exact date will be on July 22

Intel will also release Core 2 duo with 1333MHz FSB, and a new Allendale E4500

No, Penryn have 6MB cache memory and it is built on 45nm

What's the major difference between the E6850 and Q6600? Besides the obvious.

I tried google, but nothing helped. Is the quad more future "proof?"

i think the quad core will be more far future proof, cuz as of right now there is really nothing to put even the dual core use to it full potential
