I would rather buy E2140 + ECS G33T-M2 for similar price...
Anyway, both Asrock/ ECS are not top brand for MB.

I've rather buy an AMD dual core, and a cheap-ish mobo, I think it'll be a lot better

Yeah I've gone back to an Athlon X2 and Foxconn motherboard because it was slightly cheaper.
